The Greenleaf Inn & Admirals Quarters

Welcome to Boothbay Harbor and Midcoast Maine

334 innssign

Comprised of both The Greenleaf Inn and The Admiral's Quarters, these beautifully picturesque and historic buildings run together as one, yet are only separated by the much admired (and coveted!) parking area. The Inns, both built in the early 1800's as sea captain's homes, set the standard for Maine Bed & Breakfasts as well as the larger inns, resorts and hotels. Perched upon a knoll at the edge of the waterfront in downtown Boothbay Harbor. The Inn boast an extraordinary oceanfront location with panoramic views of the inner harbor, outer harbor and beyond. Whether it is lobster boats, schooners, harbor seals, sunrises, sunsets or the smell of the salty sea air, you will find these pure Midcoast Maine surroundings at The Inns at Greenleaf Lane.

At our Inn you will find meticulous attention to detail from the manicured lawns and pristine gardens, to the immaculately clean and superbly appointed rooms complete with freshly ironed premium linens. Enjoy the amazing views from your own private deck, the Adirondacks on the front lawn, or many of our common balconies overlooking the water.

Innkeeper's Comments

Looking ahead to 2021!

First & foremost... Thank You

Thank you to all of our guests, friends, and families for your support over the last year and continuing into 2021.

It is because of your care, compassion, and understanding, that we were able to make it through a truly surreal year. It is the reason we plan open this year and why we remain hopeful and positive looking ahead to the future.

It is because of you that we plan to open on May 22nd. *in a partial capacity*

While our overall level of care will remain unchanged, our rooms, policies and daily routine will look just a little bit different.

We will only be opening 10 of the 15 rooms, between both the Greenleaf Inn & Admirals Quarters buildings.

These 10 rooms are available simply because they all have outside entrances. This will provide the ability to come and go as you please with minimal interaction with others, to make everyone feel more comfortable and safe.

We will be opening all the rooms in The Admirals Quarters Building, however only rooms 6-8 at The Greenleaf Inn.

Rooms 1-5, will not be available and blocked for future reservations until further notice. The Greenleaf Inn Main House including the dining area and living room will be closed off to all of our guests as well.

This year, we will be be offering a fresh yet limited breakfast, delivered daily to your room.

Coffee makers will provided in each individual room with a selection of various types of coffee and tea.

2021 will continue to possess many of the same challenges and changes, however I can assure you that we will continue to provide same level of exceptional service, personal touches, and attention to detail that our guests expect and look forward to.

Our main goal will be to promote comfort, emphasize safety and health, from the moment you arrive at our Inn

Stay hopeful, selfless, and kind,
-Ben
